Privacy Policy
This page covers the Khetvar marketing site at khetvar.com. It's written plainly, because that's how we'd want to read one.
What we collect
From the founding-pilot form. The form on the homepage asks for three things:
- Your email: required, so we can reply.
- Your name: optional.
- Your firm's name: optional.
When you send it, we also store the date and time, which form you used, and the browser description your browser sends with every request (its "user agent").
From visits. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics. It sets no cookies. For each page view it records the page, the site that sent you, your approximate location (country, region and city), and your browser, operating system and device type. It tells visits apart with a hash of the request and discards that hash after 24 hours. It does not tie the data to you or to your IP address.
From server logs. Our hosting and database providers keep standard request logs. Those logs include IP addresses.
What this site does not do
This site sets no cookies. It runs no advertising trackers or tracking pixels. Fonts load from khetvar.com, not from a font service.
Where it goes
- Supabase stores your form submission.
- Resend sends a copy of it to theo@khetvar.com.
- Vercel hosts the site and runs the visit counts.
These services handle the data for us. We do not sell your information. We share it only with these services and with the provider that runs our email.
What we do with it
We use what you send for one thing: replying to you about a founding pilot. Theo reads and answers every submission. We use visit counts to see how many people visit and where they come from.
How long we keep it
As long as we're in an active conversation with you or your firm about Khetvar, and no longer than we need to. If you want your submission deleted, ask, and we'll delete it.

Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date.
